What it does
This is a set of three Codex skills around PowerPoint and research work. Image to VBA turns an academic figure, a slide screenshot or a UI capture into editable Office shapes and VBA code rather than a static picture, keeping hard regions as small raster inserts. Rebuild Image in PowerPoint makes the agent drive PowerPoint directly and rebuild a whole slide object by object. Academic Paper to PPT assembles a deck for a defense or a report from a paper or a document. Each sub-skill sits in its own folder and installs separately.

No, the root is deliberately without a SKILL.md and serves as an index. You install a specific sub-skill from the skills folder, guided by skill-catalog.json.
What about macro safety?
The skills generate VBA, so run only trusted code and read the .bas file first. Office may require access to the VBA project object model, which is a normal security boundary.
