The skill gives the agent a reproducible process for building a search ad campaign instead of a one-off keyword dump: understanding the business and landing pages, campaign and ad group architecture by intent, demand research via Yandex Wordstat with top and related queries, iterative keyword research, keyword-level negative keywords and group- and campaign-level negative phrases, working with Direct operators, search auto-targeting, ad copy, landing URLs and tracking parameters, manual and automated bid strategies, moderation requirement checks, Metrica goal tracking, landing page SEO and CRO readiness, and a launch gate before turning the campaign on. It is explicitly limited to Search, excluding the Ad Network and product campaigns.
