What it does
A fork of ra53n/yougile-mcp that added ten new tools and fixed a couple of bugs from the original. It provides full CRUD over projects, boards and columns (including archiving), tasks, stickers with their states, comments, file uploads with attaching them to a task's chat as a link (YouGile has no separate attachment object), plus analytics: a board summary, my tasks, overdue tasks on a board and company-wide. It can run locally over stdio or be deployed as a remote server on Cloudflare Workers with its own auth token.
Who it is for. For teams that want the broadest YouGile tool set with analytics and a remote-deployment option built in.
Good fit when
- You want both full CRUD and ready analytics (overdue, board summary, my tasks) in one server
- You want the option to deploy remotely on Cloudflare Workers, not just locally
- You need file uploads attached to a task
Not a fit when
- You need file uploads from the remote (Cloudflare) mode: there's no filesystem there, so upload_file and attach_task_file work only locally
- You don't want to give an agent permission to delete projects, boards and columns: they're implemented as full CRUD

create_project requires adminUserId, otherwise the project is created but stays invisible; this is a YouGile API quirk, not a server bug. Uploaded files are public via their URL with no authentication, so secrets should never be uploaded through them. upload_file and attach_task_file work only in local (stdio) mode, not when deployed on Cloudflare Workers. No license is stated in the repository.
How to disable. Remove the yougile entry from your MCP client config; for the remote variant, revoke MCP_AUTH_TOKEN and delete the Cloudflare Worker.

Why was a project created but is invisible?
You need to pass adminUserId when creating a project; this is a YouGile API requirement that the server simply reflects.
Can I attach a file to a task in the remote Cloudflare mode?
No, upload_file and attach_task_file read a local file by path and only work in stdio mode.
