What it does
The MCP server runs app publishing in RuStore through the Console API. The agent creates a draft version, uploads an APK, AAB, icon and screenshots, changes publish settings, submits the version to moderation, publishes it and archives it. Separate tool groups cover reviews (list, CSV export, replies, rating), payments (details, refund, purchase confirmation and cancellation), subscriptions, user access and the product catalog. There are 34 tools in total. The server authenticates with a Console key: the key id and the Base64 private key sit in environment variables or a `.env` file.
Who it is for. Android developers and release engineers who ship builds to RuStore and want to run a release from Claude Code or Claude Desktop.
Good fit when
- After a build you must create a draft version and upload an AAB without opening the Console
- The version is ready to go to moderation and be published once it passes
- Weekly reviews are exported to CSV and replies to bad ones are prepared
- A payment or subscription needs reconciliation, a refund or cancellation

- You need a PyPI install: the package is not published there yet, only local installation is available
- The store is different: the server works only with the RuStore Console API
- You need a read-only mode: the README has none, and the key itself sets the rights

Limitations
The package is not yet published to PyPI and installs locally from a clone with `pip install -e ".[dev]"` in a virtual environment; Python 3.11 or newer is required. A RuStore Console API key is needed: the key id and the Base64 private key. The README has no access levels or read-only mode, so the key itself sets the rights. The payment tools work with real settlements: a refund and a purchase cancellation change their state in the store.
How to disable. Remove the `rustore` block from `claude_desktop_config.json` and delete the API key in the RuStore Console.

How do I get a key for RuStoreMcp?
You need an API key from the RuStore Console: the key id goes into `RUSTORE_KEY_ID`, the Base64 private key into `RUSTORE_PRIVATE_KEY`.
Does the server handle payments?
Yes: the `get_payment_info`, `refund_payment`, `confirm_purchase` and `cancel_purchase` tools, plus three for subscriptions.
How do I change the log level?
Set `RUSTORE_LOG_LEVEL` to a value from `DEBUG` to `CRITICAL`; the default is `INFO`.

Can the server be installed from PyPI?
